Ah yes, the first blog post on a freelancer’s website revolves around why businesses should hire a freelancer. Real original huh? While it may not be the most original topic, in my professional opinion it is absolutely necessary. While there is a lot of buzz around hiring freelancers, there are still skeptics and late adopters that haven’t taken advantage of these invaluable resources for companies.

Established Companies: Large agency costs where you have entry level talent working on your brand.

What you see is what you get. When you hire a freelancer, you that that freelancer. When you go to an agency you get sucked in by their business development team and sales reps and then are passed off to entry level worker bees that you might not have the same vibe or connection with. Sure the top guys might oversee the project but they aren’t the ones putting in the work or coming up with the concepts.
